After three years in development hell, the Rip Van Winkle of mods, the Cruelty Squad Splitscreen mod is finally here!

A spaghetti code engineering marvel, this mod allows you to connect up to four players into a co-op campaign marvel. Custom loadouts and rumble support are just the beginning--now you can tackle an apartment police assault and a grid maze on the couch with your friends.

A few ground rules:
Friendly fire is optional, but explosions hurt anyone not wearing a vest.
Only one player at a time can use the mouse controls.
Anyone is free to select their loadout, but Player 1 must select the level. (Current setup also has Player 1 selecting weapons because of menu design)
The level ends when all players die OR when all surviving players reach the exit (with ONE exception).
All times and ranks are the same as single player.

    - Extract the mod folder in %appdata%\Godot\app_userdata\Cruelty Squad\mods\
    (This folder is created automatically if you run the game with the mod installed,
    or you can create it yourself).
    - Make sure the mod is sitting in its own folder
    (...\Cruelty Squad\mods\Mod Name\mod.json and other mod files).
    - Load Cruelty Squad.
